Before Turtl, the team was delivering content that wasn't optimized for connecting with people. They converted content from Powerpoint into PDF, which was costing them valuable time and giving them little in return.
The four-person team was not only responsible for pushing out content internally to sales, but also offering services to clients for employer brand projects. If they were to keep offering an exceptional amount of content, they would need an outside-the-box solution.
