EMAIL
Increase click-through
Make things visual: Include images and visuals of your Turtl Doc within the email. Static images and short GIFs all work well.
But don't go crazy: GIFs can take a long time to load depending on their size so don't overuse them. We tend to stick to about 4-6 seconds maximum when recording.
Multiple CTA's: Hyperlink your Doc images and use CTA buttons as high up in the email as possible to increase chances of click-through.
Promote chapters: Break the email down into the chapters of your Turtl Doc using deep links and call out the value points; the more specific, the more interesting.
Use Alt Text: Make sure to add Alt text to your images within your email management tool. This gives your reader some idea of what the image was going to show if it doesn't load straight away.
Tracked links: If sending an email from your CRM, add a tracking script to your Turtl Doc URLs to start capturing Known Readers.
White space: White space is generally not a bad thing. Let your content and Turtl Docs shine by keeping things simple.
