But there's always more to be done…

It's not possible to make a perfect email every time. There are plenty of variables along the way, but we are continuously making improvements, keeping on top of new ideas, trends and ways of working, and making sure we challenge ourselves every time, to make each email the best it can be.

So far we've introduced a bunch of automations, launched renewed looks and improved the accessibility where possible. There's lots of programs still to come, a lot of analysis and improvements to be made, and processes that need to be designed, QA'd and implemented - the road is pretty long, but we're buzzing to be on it!
