Stand-out engagement during lockdown
The pandemic forced businesses everywhere to flex their strategies. Guidant Global was no exception. Since the beginning of 2020, the team had a partnership in place with The Mom Project, experts on global remote working and team management. Using Turtl, the two companies were able to turn around a timely and successful report on remote working in just two weeks.
The Mom Project were so impressed with the tool they've since signed up to Turtl themselves.

The bids team at Guidant Global has been seeing great engagement and success with the bids they're issuing in Turtl - they recently won the very first bid they presented in the tool. A document alone is not going to win business, but the quality of the materials you issue helps you put your best foot forward, says Alexa Bradbury, Global Marketing Director.
The data captured by Turtl has also been helping sales drive better conversations: "You get a picture of what is really important to that stakeholder. Therefore, the next stage, you could tailor your presentation to talk more directly to what you know that individual is interested in."

According to Bradbury, the team loves using Turtl and encouraged greater ownership and pride in their work: "They can put their personal mark on something without the worry of doing something that's not representative of the brand," says Bradbury. "Everyone's proud of their documents at the end of it. They're desperate to share it and see how it performs."
After only four months into using Turtl, other teams are already seeking access to the tool, while current license holders within the business are exploring Turtl's new personalization functionality. Watch this space!
