JOIN US IN MARKETING
Role: CRM Marketing ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: £50,000 p/a
You will develop a program to support renewals and expansion across our customer base through a mixture of user community growth, automated emails, referral and review campaigns, events and webinars, and focused account-based marketing for strategic accounts.
Campaign strategy: Expand awareness and engagement within our customer base with scalable programs.
Business goals: Support customer account goals including retention, cross-sell, and upsell.
User community: Nurture our user community to inspire, connect, and educate our customers.
You have prior experience working in a CRM marketing role, ideally having experience within the B2B/SaaS.
You have experience in using HubSpot or other Marketing Automation platforms.
You have strong attention to detail and are an excellent communicator.
You are a customer insight enthusiast, with experience in user research, NPS optimization, or using data to drive product led growth.
You are a strong team player and organised.
You have an eye for design and can create materials and campaigns that look and feel on-brand, fresh, and engaging.

Can you build a team capable of selling a unique product with vast potential that's already proven with large US brands like Citi, Cisco, Bloomberg, Nestlé, DXC and BNY?
You have a 10 year track record of building and leading successful SaaS sales teams focussed on large enterprise CMOs and senior Sales Executives across North America
You're used to being the commercial lead for your territory and responsible for hitting its revenue targets
You have deep experience of complex sales for companies without brand name recognition
You can demonstrate success in companies with a reputation for sales excellence
You've a disciplined approach to pipeline generation and follow a defined sales process
