Each offering has different outputs and expectations, but here’s what to always expect from our team:

#1 A clear understanding of what we will provide to you

For each service we will provide you with an Order Form, where we outline the scope of work that we will deliver to you. This will include a breakdown of what Turtl will deliver, the associated costs, but also what we need from your team to get to the outcome efficiently.

#2 A delivery date

Once your Order Form has been agreed to, we have the green light to progress with work and will deliver as soon as reasonably possible. We will let you know when you can expect your offering to be delivered, whether it be new content, custom product work or training sessions. We'll of course take into account any deadlines you’re working towards.

#3 Your work is delivered
for your review

If you have requested new content, new Brand Themes or anything else custom-made, we will provide you access so that you can ensure the output meets your needs and standards. We’re confident that we’ll hit the mark, but if you have any feedback let us know so that we can adapt with you.
