Optional back covers

You can now choose to remove back covers! When disabled, a note will pop up to confirm the back cover is no longer visible to readers.

Timestamps

Timestamps will now pop up on your Doc's analytics Overview graph to show when the content was first published and when subsequent tweaks are pushed live. And, because we know you're curious, we've added the average % of Doc read to the Doc and reader dashboards.
