Since bringing Turtl into the mix, Peoplesafe has taken the strain off its in-house Designer by democratizing the content creation process. Phew!
Different departments across the company have licenses to work in Turtl and produce a variety of content types, including reports, guides, brochures, user manuals, and onboarding materials.
Peoplesafe’s style guidelines have been hardcoded into the company’s Brand Theme in Turtl. Now, the Marketing team can be confident that every Turtl Doc will look on-brand - whether it was created by a colleague in the IT team or tweaked by a Customer Success Manager.
Turtl’s commenting feature has helped the Marketing team easily gather feedback on content from key stakeholders without having to leave the platform. Previously these changes would have slowed down publication quite significantly.
