We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Turtl, you will have the opportunity to work within a fun and dedicated marketing team delivering insight and tools that enable product and commercial success. You will be based in our rapidly expanding Boston office.
This role will involve becoming an expert on customer and market intelligence, as well as making sure that the sales and marketing teams are equipped with all the tools they need to generate demand.
As an integral part of the marketing team, you will report into the VP of Marketing and work closely with the product, Customer Success, and commercial teams.
π‘ To excel in this role, you are ideally analytical, creative, collaborative, and energetic, while having the ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
π‘ Understand the market, researching markets, and gaining an understanding of sources of industry and market data which can be synthesized into tools that may be used by the commercial team
π Understand customer needs, clearly articulating customer problems in our markets (by industry) and how Turtl solves them
π΅οΈβοΈ Conduct competitor analysis, understanding the competitive landscape and clearly articulating the USPs and those of competitors as well as tracking and analysing competitive pricing and feature gaps
π Manage product launch campaigns, working with the product team on product release strategy and messaging
π² Provide key strategic insight to product managers to guide targeted solutions for better customer engagement
π Develop key marketing and sales materials, such as pitch decks and white papers to support the commercial team with performance π¨π¨π§ Update, maintain and develop new persona profiles as we expand our target audiences, working with the content team to align their output to those audiences
π€ Conduct customer interviews in order to create case studies and testimonials
π» Ensure website, sales materials and product collateral are up-to-date and fully aligned
π€ Work with the Customer Success team on developing required user-facing content
π Maintain the sales toolkit, ensuring the commercial team always has access to the most pertinent information
• You are positive and curious • You are a strong team player, and enjoy a healthy balance of working collaboratively, asking questions, and understanding other perspectives while also taking ownership and working independently • You have an appetite to learn quickly, ask for feedback, contribute new ideas, and understand the bigger picture to deliver value to the business • You have 3-5 years of marketing experience, including previous experience of product and content marketing, ideally within SaaS products
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales, especially in a start-up/scale-up organization
• You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbally • You are disciplined, organized, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • A confident, personable individual able to challenge the business and themselves • Bonus: you ideally have experience in using HubSpot or other CRMs/Marketing Automation Platforms
