Rydal Penrhos school were ready to bring their school promotions and communications into the digital age. Dean Jones, who heads up the communications department, is tasked with creating high quality external and internal content. The challenges standing in his way were:
1. Costly content production
Printing school brochures was proving expensive and inefficient. Many brochures were misplaced and lost, and there was no way of knowing if they were actually being read by their recipients.
2. Tight turnarounds
In the busy world of academia, time is precious for everyone. Creating high-quality content without the right resources - especially single-handedly - takes a long time. Tools like InDesign were proving too time-consuming and tedious.
3. Outdated methods
Newsletters were easily left in school lockers and PDFs weren't optimized for mobile or tablets. Rydal Penrhos was ready to digitize and say goodbye to old-school communications.
