SAMH track new enquiries based on each new enquirer to sale. So it doesn't capture each brand new enquiry from a repeat customer, meaning the actual results are certainly higher.

The new catalogue was published around the 1st April, and supported by a cohesive digital marketing campaign to maximize results. When comparing Q1 2023 to Q1 2024 the number of new customer enquiries increased a staggering 109%.
