What's the role about?
Selling our service to different divisions, departments and territories within existing customer accounts, as well as to prospects requires not only skilled Customer Success and Sales staff, but also support from an SDR.
Researching our customers and prospects so we understand their business issues, objectives, management structures and can identify the staff we should be talking to is paramount to our success. Along with helping to set appointments with early stage opportunities these are the primary tasks the Sales Development Representative.
