We're running usability tests to discover where we can improve the platform and we're holding user interviews with current users to find out what works well, what's causing frustration and what features you'd love to see in the tool.
The Customer Success Team has also expanded so they can spend more time with you, providing you with meaningful insights and advice to drive engagement of your content.
