6 months ago I didn’t know how to swim or float. I’ve always had a huge fear of drowning which kept me away from wanting to learn. One day after getting in the water and embarrassing myself, I realized that I wanted to change that forever, and started spending 6 days a week in a swimming pool teaching myself to overcome that fear. After pure determination for change and self-improvement, I am now a regular freestyle swimmer in the gym. Moral of the story is that your mind can be both the solution and problem to your fears and failures, it’s down to you to overcome it.
