The content I am creating relates to Red Hat and our software partners' integrated technology solutions for retail and corporate banks. The content helps to connect the dots between the bank’s business challenges and how Red Hat can help overcome those obstacles.
For top of funnel thought leadership content, Turtl is a marketer’s secret sauce. It is a great way to take complex information and display it in easy to consume smaller segments. Features like the quote tool or the option to add a video to the Surf pages makes the final product look and feel like a high-quality publication.
Peter Druker once said, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.” This still holds true with the content that marketing creates.
While it is great to see open and click-through rates for an email that contains your PDF, there is something missing. How do you know how the person engaged with the PDF? The short answer is you don’t.
With Turtl I like that I can see what goes on, what they are reading, and conversely, what they are not reading. Recently, I used Turtl to create a payments modernization year-in-review for our banking audience. It’s been great to see the analytics and discover what was the most popular and least popular piece of content and from which region.
I am still in the process of uncovering all the analytics that Turtl provides in the recent year-in-review report, asking questions about how our team should proceed in the new year, and looking at what can I improve on for the next project.
I really like the polling feature. With a standard document or a PDF you can’t engage your audience. With Turtl’s interactive features, like polling, you have the ability to make your content engaging.
The other feature that I enjoy is customizing the Surf page with a video. This feature is eye-catching and it looks a million dollars compared to a PDF. In this time of Covid, while we are fortunate to work from home, we are inundated with video calls and toddlers running into meetings, anything we can do to set ourselves apart is really helpful.
Call Lucy! I have my CSM Lucy’s calendar request saved as a bookmark in my web browser. Also, the chat feature has been a lifesaver. There’s a lot of great features in Turtl and it’s a learning process. Lucy and the Turtl team are very helpful with quick response times, following up to ensure my questions were answered, and providing quick demo videos - a lifesaver to help reduce my stress.
