How Turtl feeds your CRM workflow
By integrating with Turtl, you can send custom events straight to your central analytics platform in real-time. You'll be notified every time a reader takes a significant action within a Doc, so that you can easily keep track of your data from your existing system.
Any event, or combination of events, can be sent directly to your external platform, provided it has a browser-based Javascript API that can be run from within a Turtl reading experience.

Embedding forms allows you to capture sign-ups directly into your CRM. Doing so replaces the default Turtl capture form with your custom CRM form. The set-up is simple, and your CSM can guide you through the process.
Forms work best when there is little to no styling when created. This helps as we won't have to remove styling and then add it again.
The code is so that we can make sure the form is styled correctly and to be able to detect when the form has been submitted. Since adding a custom form uses iframes, Turtl has no access to any data submitted through the form, and the information is passed directly to the designated CRM.
Check here to see a list of the forms we already support. For other forms, there are a few prerequisites.
Turtl integrates with both CRM and Marketing Automation* platforms to make the most out of your investment. We integrate with major platforms like these, and many more - just ask your CSM. *Note that a CRM is not to be confused with Marketing Automation software, these tools are both incredibly powerful, but serve different purposes.
