All customers receive an onboarding program to familiarize teams with Turtl. The first session is a kick off call to understand your objectives, plan your first docs and check your account is set up correctly.
You’ll then learn how to create and edit docs with in-app training and support. There will be a review of your first doc prior to publishing and another call after publishing to understand your Turtl dashboards and analytics. Onboarding typically lasts 8 weeks after which we’ll meet again to assess progress and performance, as well as agree on next steps. We’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
