How do Turtl analytics work with integrations?

By integrating with Turtl, you can send specific Turtl Doc events to your external analytics platform, CRM, or marketing automation platform in real-time.

Any event, or combination of events, can be sent directly to your external platform, provided it has a browser-based Javascript API that can be run from within a Turtl reading experience.

Tracking custom behavioral events in Turtl allows you to:

Embedding forms

Embedding forms allows you to capture sign-ups directly into your CRM. Doing so replaces the default Turtl capture form with your custom CRM form. The set-up is simple, and your Turtl CSM can guide you through the process.

A quick overview:

You build your form in your CRM
The form must direct to a thank you page
Turtl adds a small bit of code onto your form
Turtl can't see any information that is entered in the form
Integration is not needed to start sending your leads to your CRM

Creating your form

Forms work best when there is little to no styling when created. This helps as we won't have to remove styling and then add it again.

What does that bit of code do?

The code is so that we can make sure the form is styled correctly and to be able to detect when the form has been submitted. Since adding a custom form uses iframes, Turtl has no access to any data submitted through the form, and the information is passed directly to the designated CRM.

Redirectable to a custom location on submission
Open to having custom CSS applied to it
